In light of all the government’s blustery promises regarding the internet in Ireland, Irish Hotmail users of the popular online e-mail service were unable to access their accounts today due to a major technical fault.
Microsoft Ireland confirmed that many users had been unable to log on to their accounts and engineers were investigating a fault with their servers.
This could be the new strategy for online security… ensure people stay off-line!
