Windows Server 2008 Unleashed Crouching… Tiger, I Suspect It’s Not!

While the video looks interesting, it reeks of that same potential I fear Microsoft never manages to achieve, these days. Nothing about Microsoft seems to excite me anymore… but what are the alternatives, to the overly bloated computer giant, that nowadays, seems only to thrive on special effects (Vista, proving case in point!)?

Server 2003 wasn’t all that bad. I haven’t really had much of a chance to mess around witn 2008 yet but from what I have seen of it so far it looks like it isn’t all that bad either.
The server releases tend to be pretty excellent. They got it horribly wrong with Vista.

That’s a fair point Robert. It think maybe, there was very high hopes for Vista and when it didn’t make the grade, it stunned everyone!
